1977 Wind Storm and Conspiracies

I just wanted to highlight Tony’s blog post from yesterday about the amazing derecho that occurred back on July 4th of 1977. Regular readers of the blog know that I mentioned this as well in regards to conspiracy theories, HAARP and ELF. I still am not convinced that the 1977 wind storm was caused by any government experiments or that HAARP can actively modify the weather. I always leave open the slight possibility, but the odds are that the government is not modifying the weather in any meaningful way.
